Later there was a knock at my door, and the guy from the Plant City animal control company asked, "Which trap was he in?" What did he mean, "Was?" I asked. Well, it turned out that all three traps were empty. So, the squirrel had managed to find his way out of the one-way trap, probably back into the house.
