Keystone wildlife control tip of the month:

David: I have a problem to solve for my neighbor, cleaning an underground drain pipe, corrugated plastic type, and would Jet it out but do not want to push any possible dead Keystone animal control carcass further down stream. I recall no odor, the drain has been blocked for about 2 years. There may be no dead animals at all but we do have many squirrels and some possums around. My house was built in 1995, and the builder/owner Keystone animal control had to run a special drain from the back of the property to the street, as the rear lot line was a low spot for five occupied properties, and he got stuck by the city (Fraser) to install it. Our lot is only touching the common property line Keystone pest control at one point, as our lot is triangular. He ran his drain up to the rear wall and connected to the sump pump outlet, rather than replace a 100 ft driveway. So far so good. Our neighbor has a low spot in the middle of the common property line, so as Keystone pest control a favor, our builder ran an extra line with a 2nd drain basin connected to a tee. It is about 20 ft long.

It worked perfectly for ten years, but now is totally blocked, and Keystone wildlife removal furthermore has been pushed up out of position, and the recent rains have made a huge puddle which will eventually grow mosquitoes forever, and they will not observe the property line. I want to fix this, but my Keystone wildlife removal elderly neighbor is too cheap to pay a drain cleaner. I once hired a drain specialist to get his drain-cam service, cost $180 and did not even get an proper answer to my question. I am an inventor of sorts, and will try to find a work-around. I am building Keystone animal trapping a waterproof PVC device ( a 3-inch PVC pipe cap, with a Plexiglass window) to house a Webcam, and connect to some garden hose. I will try to push this down and see if there are any signs of animals, I can then use the fixture to make a simple jetter using Keystone animal trapping 70 PSI water to try to blow it out if no critters are seen. My question is if there is a body there, how to hook it and drag it back. I know plumbers have special hooks for snakes to remove carcasses. Sidebar: A local (but crooked) plumber uses this ruse to make a lot Keystone exterminator of money on elderly ladies with unrelated plumbing problems. How about charging $1000 an hour? Easy. Been done. I think a long springy heavy gauge wire hook attached to the top of the PVC fixture might align the hook to go over the carcass and the wire might Keystone exterminator spring down to catch the critter. Any suggestions?
